"This eating clean and working out really works!" Sounds funny coming from me but that's a statement I just made to a friend a fews day ago. With getting ready for another show I have cleaned up the eating and began working out much more and I have been pleasantly surpised how much better I feel. I have more engery, I can accomplish more throughout the day and my skin is looking better. This just serves as a reminder that taking the time out to be healthy is really worth it. Make sure to take the time to take care of yourself too!
